The Vending division within Grani & Partners S.p.A. is responsible for the development of collections of products packaged within capsules to be distributed via automatic vending machines and of plush-dolls for crane machines.

Our gadgets and soft toys are sold to Sip Toys s.r.l. that distributes them through a wide network of vending machines and crane machines.
BACKGROUND
The establishment of the Vending division within Grani & Partners S.p.A. represents the natural evolution of a strategy aimed at developing and addressing our products directly to the final consumer. This strategy started in 2003 with entry into the food sector before being developed further with the creation of Preziosi Collection (2005).
The Vending division benefits significantly from Grani & Partners’ successful history of 3D product development as well as leveraging from the market strength enjoyed by Gruppo Preziosi.
The Vending Division was born in 2006 when it entered into a cooperation agreement with the distributor Sip Toys s.r.l. to retain exclusive rights to produce gadgets in capsules. The partnership extends beyond this in that the division tracks all aspects of the production process, from initial design to realisation as well as marketing and distribution.
Marketing the product under the now well-established “Giraprendi” (literally “turntake”) brand, the customer is literally invited to “twist the distributors’ handle and take his/her favourite gadget!”
In collaboration with Sip Toys, the Vending Division then started to develop collections of soft toys of different licenses and formats for crane machine located in amusement parks, arcades, funfairs and other entertainment venues
As part of Grani & Partners S.p.A., the Vending Division’s procedures are certified by SGS Italia s.r.l.to ensure optimal quality. All products must pass the strictest regulatory tests and be accorded the “Safe Toys” mark by the Italian Institute for Toys Safety who must also issue CE certification to further guarantee reliability.
