Grani & Partners strongly believes that standards of quality control must remain high throughout the entire production process is order to deliver an optimal end product. This commitment directly and positively impacts our relationship with customers (business or consumer), suppliers, personnel and the environment:

In this respect, Grani & Partners can boast the following:
- Vision 2000 (Quality Certification), as issued by SGS Italia s.r.l.,
- a consultancy and service agreement signed with the Italian Institute for Toys Safety and an annual commitment of €350,000 to carry out safety tests and analyses as well as a control of all phases of the production process,
- a range of environment friendly initiatives
Furthermore, the following practices exist within the Group:
- a Research & Development program, which takes place within Grani & Partners HK Ltd, constantly and exhaustively testing new materials, paints and production processes and performing research in order to identify and put into practice the latest concepts in terms of technology, quality and ethics;
- additional controls on both the goods and manufacturing process offered by suppliers are carried out by engineers and internal inspection teams within Grani & Partners China Ltd. Shenzhen, who ensure both the quality of the product and the ethical standards of the environment in which they are produced, which must never exploit child labour;
- a constant search for specialized, qualified and certified suppliers is carried out by the Italian-based Purchase Department as well as by the registered office in Hong Kong
Finally, Mitica Food observes UNI 11020:2002 requirements to ensure a total traceability of end product as well as UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 directions to meet customers' requirements.
