The Preziosi Group is the leading company in the Italian toys market. Its success can be attributed to a dynamic research and development program in order to develop new products, an intensive distribution of its toys to the most significant global outlets and its ability to identify and successfully exploit key licences.
The group was created in 1978 as a toy wholesaler and in the intervening period has continued to grow rapidly, acquiring on the way several other major toy companies, such as Migliorati, Ceppi Ratti and GIG.
Over recent years it has sought to diversify into new areas and in 2002 Enrico Preziosi and the Grani brothers discussed potential synergies between their respective companies before founding Grani & Partners S.p.A., which represents the business unit within the Preziosi Group for the production of promotional items.
The Preziosi Collection division and brand was subsequently established, providing the vehicle by which the Preziosi Group could enter the market of collections, collectables products and published products available in news stands, meeting with great success from the public.
Through Grani & Partners the Preziosi Group also retains aso 60% in Preziosi Food, sweet and savoury snacks leader company.
