BACKGROUND
Grani & Partners NingBo originated from the need to coordinate the management of relationships with key suppliers in the Far East, as part of a network of select manufacturers.
The office, composed mainly of engineers and quality inspectors, has as its mission to conduct inspections and audits on suppliers in the Yangtze River Delta area. This new and fast-growing area is home to a variety of specialist manufacturers, from the stationary, textiles and electronics industries in particular, whose operations are characterised by careful production, avant-garde equipment, and a high-quality workforce.
The checks, which are performed both during production and prior to shipment of the goods to the customer, are designed to ensure that the whole process follows the established procedures and schedules and that the final product offers high quality and safety levels and complies with all applicable legislation.
