Licensing refers to the process whereby the image of a character or brand (typically derived from art, show business, fashion, music, sport or publishing) is assigned by their author or holder (the “licensor”) to a third party (the “licensee”), usually through an intermediary.
The licensing process brings advantages to both the licensee and licensor, in terms of adding value to the product as well as increasing brand recognition, all of which leads to increased sales.
Grani & Partners is the Italian market leader in the production of gadgets and other products made under licence, produced for both promotional purposes and also as end products for customers (mainly young children).
Combining our great experience with the market position of the Preziosi Group (whose licences such as Gormiti and Cicciobello extend across Europe), we are able to develop innovative products made under the most significant properties available in entertainment (TV series, cartoons, films, music) and sports.

Following an agreement with Ferrari, Grani & Partners also holds a global licence on a range of small scale products (static Ferrari Enzo GT model car on a 1:10 scale, static Ferrari F430 SP on a 1:10 scale, Enzo Ferrari engine on a 1:4 scale, radio-controlled Ferrari F-2004 and F-2005 on a 1:8 scale, radio-controlled F-2007 on a 1:7 scale).
