For the financial year ending June 2010, Grani & Partners Group generated turnover in excess of €107,9 mln from activities extending across a range of different markets through its many subsidiaries.
The group’s holding company is Grani & Partners S.p.A., founded in 2002 by the Grani brothers (La Portile s.r.l., 40%) and Enrico Preziosi (Gruppo Preziosi, 60%), who combined their substantial experience and extensive range of skills in subsuming the activities of Giocoplast Promotion (La Portile s.r.l. Group) and in doing so established a powerful new presence in the promotional sector.
The new company continues to develop under the management of Enrico Grani (Managing Director & Manager Commercial Area Division) and his brothers Giuliano (Finance & Administration) and Antonio (Marketing & Communication).
Grani & Partners S.p.A. very quickly became a leader in the production of promotional products, under the most significant licences available in entertainment (TV series, cartoons, films, music) and sports.
With the company developing rapidly, the Management progressively initiated a range of diversification strategies through targeting and acquiring stakes in other companies . With these now successfully implemented, the Grani & Partners Group today incorporates a diverse range of entities.
